SMS campaigns are a great way to reach out to your target audience and get your message across. NotifyVisitors makes it easy to create and manage your SMS campaigns, so you can focus on your message and not worry about the technical details. One of the most useful features is the SMS Stats feature, which provides detailed information about the performance of your SMS campaigns.
The SMS Stats feature provides information about SMS campaigns, including the number of messages sent, the number of messages delivered, the number of unique clicks, total revenue and the number of rejected SMS. This information is vital to track your SMS campaigns' performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure that your campaigns are successful. Here we will review the SMS Stats for SMS Campaigns using the NotifyVisitors app.

SMS Stats
- Total Sent: It shows the total number of SMS sent to the users. The total number of SMS sent will also depend on the number of people who are subscribed to the campaign, as well as the frequency with which the SMS is sent.
- Total Delivered: Total SMS delivered in an SMS campaign is an important metric to track in order to gauge the success of your campaign. This metric will indicate how many people your message is reaching.
- Unique Clicks: The total number of unique clicks would be the number of people who click on the link in your SMS message. This number can be tracked using a click-through rate (CTR) tracking system. To calculate your unique CTR, simply take your unique clicks and divide it by your total number of SMS messages delivered. This will give you your unique click-through rate (CTR).
- Clicks: In an SMS campaign, the total number of clicks is the number of times that people click on links in the texts that they receive. This number can be used to measure the effectiveness of the campaign.
- Total Revenue: This result shows the maximum revenue generated by a business from an SMS Campaign. Additionally, businesses should make sure to track the results of their campaign so they can adjust their strategy as needed.
- Total Rejected: This shows the total number of SMS rejected in the SMS Campaign. Unfortunately, the SMS messages were not well-received by the customers and were ultimately rejected.
- Total Failures: This displays the total SMS messages that failed. The Total Failure is the count when the service provider API responded with an error.
